Chirp Alarm is a free iOS app with no ads and no subscription. This policy describes what data the app collects, where it goes, and what it does not do.

Data stored on your device

Chirp Alarm stores the following data locally on your device only:

This data is saved in local files on your device. It is never transmitted to any server and is not accessible to the developer.

Network requests

The app makes network requests to two third-party services:

No other network requests are made. There is no analytics service, no crash reporting service, and no advertising network in this app.

Data the developer cannot access

The developer has no backend server and receives no data from your use of the app. Your alarms, species lists, cached bird info, and quiz results exist only on your device.

Third-party SDKs

Chirp Alarm contains no third-party SDKs or tracking libraries. It uses only Apple's system frameworks.

Children

Chirp Alarm does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change in a future version, this page will be updated. Significant changes will be noted in the App Store release notes.
